As a (virtual) Chief Information Security Officer at Jolin Security, I provide tailored cybersecurity consulting and penetration testing services for small and medium-sized businesses, addressing critical challenges such as limited in-house security expertise, budgetary constraints, and regulatory compliance.

As the Interim Chief Information Officer, I lead all aspects of the casino’s information technology strategy, architecture, and operations. I oversaw cybersecurity, system design, and IT infrastructure to ensure the security, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems supporting gaming, hospitality, and business operations.

As Interim CIO, I led the strategic direction and operational management of all IT functions at Nisqually Red Wind Casino. I oversaw enterprise technology systems across gaming, hospitality, and administrative operations, ensuring security, compliance, and performance across a 24/7 environment. I guided infrastructure upgrades, streamlined IT processes, and aligned technology initiatives with business goals. My leadership focused on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance (including GLI and NIGC standards), vendor management, and delivering innovative solutions that supported both operational continuity and future growth.
